Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Baby Face AI (operated by PunchLab) is an AI-powered digital entertainment tool. You upload two parent face photos and receive AI-generated images depicting what a child sharing features of both parents might look like. The service produces fictional, AI-generated images for entertainment purposes only. Results are not medically or genetically accurate and must not be used for any scientific, medical, or legal purpose.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. By using Baby Face AI, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We do not knowingly provide services to minors.

3. Payment & Merchant of Record

All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as the Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy handles payment collection, tax compliance (VAT/GST), invoicing, and customer billing on our behalf. Your payment contract is with Lemon Squeezy.

The service is priced as shown at checkout. Prices include applicable taxes where required by law (handled by Lemon Squeezy).

Refunds: Due to the instant and irrevocable nature of AI generation, refunds are generally not available once the prediction has been generated. If a technical fault on our side prevents delivery of your results, please contact us at hello@babyfacepredictor.com and we will resolve the issue or issue a refund at our discretion.

4. User Content & Ownership

You retain full ownership of all photos you upload. By uploading photos, you grant PunchLab a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process them solely for the purpose of generating your baby predictions. This licence terminates automatically when your photos are deleted (within 24 hours of upload).

You own the generated images. The AI-generated baby predictions are yours to download, share, and use as you wish, subject to these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Content

You agree not to use Baby Face AI to:

• Upload photos of minors (persons under 18).
• Upload photos of any person without their explicit consent.
• Create deepfakes or non-consensual intimate imagery.
• Upload, generate, or distribute illegal content of any kind.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service or its APIs.
• Use the service for any purpose other than personal entertainment.
• Harass, defame, or harm any individual using AI-generated results.

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to any user who violates these requirements, with no obligation to issue a refund.

6. Intellectual Property

The Baby Face AI platform, its design, code, branding, and all content other than user-uploaded photos are the intellectual property of PunchLab. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet any particular standard.

AI-generated results are fictional. They are not genetic predictions, medical opinions, or professional assessments of any kind. Do not make any decision based on these results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PunchLab's liability for any claim arising out of the use of this service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific prediction giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Privacy

Your use of this service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available at this URL. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict of law provisions. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms is Munich, Germany, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
