1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any PunchLab service (punchlab.app or any of its tools), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

PunchLab provides a collection of AI-powered micro-tools including but not limited to: Resume Roast, LinkedIn Carousel Generator, Pet Portraits, Baby Face Predictor, and Virtual Staging. The hub at punchlab.app serves as a portal to these tools.

3. User Accounts and Waitlist

By providing your email address for our waitlist, you consent to receive launch notifications. You may unsubscribe at any time by contacting us at hello@punchlab.app.

4. Payments and Refunds

Individual tools have their own pricing. Payments are processed securely. If you are not satisfied with a one-time purchase, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund — no questions asked. Subscription services may be cancelled at any time; no prorated refunds are issued for the remaining billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse our APIs
• Upload images of real people without their consent (applies to portrait tools)
• Resell or redistribute generated outputs commercially without permission

6. AI-Generated Content

Our tools generate AI-assisted content. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, fitness for purpose, or quality of AI outputs. Generated content is provided "as is" for personal and informational use. PunchLab is not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated outputs (e.g., resume feedback).

7. Intellectual Property

PunchLab retains all rights to its software, branding, and original content. You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading content, you grant PunchLab a limited, non-exclusive license to process that content solely to provide the requested service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PunchLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in question.

9. Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice where possible.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Munich, Germany, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. The "Last updated" date will reflect changes. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
